You need to get the codes from A-1 and make a determination if it is the PNP switch or one of the tranny soleniods.

In the meantine, with the engine not running and key in PosII, row the shifter from R to L about 20 times and see if that turns off the flashing arrow. If it does, you will probably need a new PNP switch.

BTW, never use the W switch unless you are stuck on ice.
