Turbo replacement on a S70? S70 2000

Mitsubishi makes the turbos. Why do you assume that the low pressure turbo on an S70 needs a new turbo at only 90K miles? If there is a lot of white smoke out of the exhaust, it is usually a bad head gasket and not turbo.

Turbos can be rebuilt easily enough so long as the bearings are still good.
