Ride over bumps.... S60 2009

So I found out that I do have the Sport Suspension...which means a stiffer ride. So....what parts would I replace to get the softer ride? Are we talking springs AND struts both? Besides the cost, this would be a straightforward replacement of some parts, plus a 4 wheel alignment correct? Thanks, Bill .....sorry about the "Clamton" ID, that's a game ID
