Klaus - You and Bob provided good R&R tips. However, when attempting to R&R the LHS headlight assy, one of the 3 attach bolts (lower inside bolt) just spun in place. Further inspection revealed that the threaded insert in what appears to be a plastic headlight assy body was spinning in place. I was unable to put enough pressure on the perimeter surface of the threaded insert to enable the bolt to break free and be removed. I'm assuming that the next step would be to grind off the head of the bolt to allow the assy to be removed. That step would sacrifice the assy. So the plan to simply replace the cracked lens just got more expensive. Any other ideas would be much appreciated.
