Hey folks,

The default for this 1996 850 GLT is ON. I know I can use the switch to shut it off, but that's good only until you shut the car off. Why do I want to disable TRACS permanently - because it hammers away at the brakes. As told to me by a Volvo mechanic - TRACS simply activates the anti-lock brake selonoids, thusly causing more wear and tear. Frankly I find TRACS a nuisance.

I'm looking for a fix/workaround that will never allow TRACS to activate.
