The above is in the Twin Cities. I would only buy 2003+ V70s, the 2001-3 have too many bugs. You already know about the 99-00, and the 98s are showing their age.

Your best bet is to use online search engines (Craigslist and Autotrader) and look for wagons with a price limit. There might be other makes that work for her and her needs.
