If you're only burning a quart every 2000 miles with 374k on it I wouldn't worry about it. Hope my 850 does as well. My former VW with 381k burned a little more and still ran well.

I believe the "old" rule of thumb is a motor doesn't need a rebuild until it's using a quart every 500 miles.
