I pulled out the radio and ash tray and couldn't really see on the floor behind the radio. There seems to be some sort of ventalation ducting or something blocking passage to that area. I'm not really sure how you get to the floor behind the radio. I tried lifting up the carpet on the passenger and driver's seat and going around from the side, no luck.
