Agree with Klaus, and check your ground. C70 2000

I agree with Klaus, even an old 35amp alternator and regulator from a 120 series outputs over 14 volts. 13 is too low.

It'd might also be a good idea to check the continuity on your ground. I once got stuck for several hours because the engine ground came loose on my 740. My battery was fully charged, but the engine wouldn't crank - even with a jump. If your ground is corroded or loose, it *might* cause some of the symptoms you are describing. It's worth ruling out.
