Removing the bumper cover is no fun, there are hidden bolts just behind the rear wheel well, accessed from the inside of the car. The radio antenna is also there. The factory installs it as one unit, I am not sure if that part is even replaceable.

It appears that the center molding has 4 plastic pins that insert into the bottom portion. Makes sense. You should be able to see these from under the car.
