It was/is an option in the V/XC 70, as well as the 855. They exist, but are hard to find in some areas. Remember, Volvo says not for children over 90lbs or so and no car seats back there.


Fuel, Volvo always had high compression and asked you to use premium. The turbos have lower compression, until you ask for the boost, and might run on 89 octane.
Use of 87 octane will probably destroy the headgasket, clog the exhaust valves, and leave a dirtier engine.
