I've got a 1998 C70 222k miles, but *this* issue hit a lot of folks.

ABS/TRACS light on... almost constantly and no ABS function with it on.

I know that Vic Rocha is highly recommended for the repair, but with me in Missouri and him in California, I was looking at over a week driving w/o a Speedo, and no ABS whatsoever.

$89.00 to send me a rebuilt unit for a 98 C70. Even cheaper had I sent my unit to him first (~$55).

I found his site Thursday Night, sent him payment via paypal. He had a rebuilt unit on the way to me Friday morning. It arrived here Monday, I put the rebuilt unit on the car Monday and my ABS problems went away.

The *ONLY* catch is that you have to send your old unit back in 15 days. Which isn't much of a catch, really.

Maybe the best part is that he sends the E5 Torx with the new unit, you don't have to buy one if you don't need to (you do need to return it with the return unit).

Anyway, I'm *really* happy with the quality, speed, value, and general responsiveness of this guy.

If your 870 is having problems, consider buying from this guy.
