I used the KYBs on the rear of a '92 945T I used to own and they were great. A huge improvement in performance over worn out OEM and very reasonably priced.

I used to use Monroe shocks on '80s light trucks back in the day, but I have read a lot of negative things about them lately in a Volvo context.
