Replacing Low Beam Bulb on an '07 V70 V70-XC70 2007

The $40 replacement charge from VOLVO excluded parts (!). I already bought the bulb ($26) from VOLVO, and will attempt to replace per suggestions from Klaus ($40 is worth scraping up my knuckles for). The dilemma now is: should I return the VOLVO bulb, and get a $15 Bosch bulb from Autozone instead? The VOLVO replacement bulb is Made in Germany, but I'd still like to get the point across to my dealer.

P.S.: Incidentally, I opened up the hood on my '96 850 wagon (310K miles) last night, and not only noticed that there was at least 10" of free space behind the headlights, but also that I had never replaced any headlight bulbs on that car!
