The rear wiper blade for the 850/70 cars up to 2000, had a metal wiper arm like the fronts. Your car may not have it, but the all plastic encased wiper assembly. If so, you are out of luck. I don't think you can attach a flat wiper blade to the rear of your XC.

Actually, while PIAA are really good, there is nothing wrong with the flat wiper blades from any other maker, like Bosh or RainX.

Your XC has 2 different sized blades, 24" driver side and 22" passenger.

On a side note, why can't all car makers set up wipers like those on the little ford Focus. The wiper posts are both outboard, so when the wipers run, they clear the entire windshield! Besides, no mods need to be made for right hand drive cars. Check it out some time.
