Lets not panic and look for probable causes.
Is the coolant overflow bottle empty? I doubt that because it has its own error message when that happens, but check it anyway.
In 2 minutes, your thermostat should be open this time of year. Check the top large hose and see if it is warm to the touch. If it is still cold, and your thermostat is a cheap version, it may be stuck closed. In that case, shut the engine off and get a new, good thermostat. You might want to take out the thermostat and reconnect the hose, making the car drivable.
Worst scenerio, your water pump failed and is no longer circulating coolant. The pump is behind the cover for the timing belt.
