when mine went in my '98 S70, took to dealer, who diagnosed(quite incorrectly) that the cruise control module was bad, only an $800 fix...said thanks, but no thanks...turned out to be the switch in the turn signal lever, used one, w/warranty from Erie Volvo,$40, about 30min of repair time, and I was back in cruisin' business...
