Ah, that's from a dutch TV series where they show the highway police work (yes they drive many un-marked T5's for this)
The police give a stop signal and the M5 slows down a bit. Then you see the occupants discuss something and it takes off again. That's when they decided to make a run for it.
In this case the police decided to back off when they got over 240 km/h (the speed displayed is the calibrated gague of the police car) as they found the risks to be too great.
The M5 then blasted on into germany and they gave up the chase.
The registration owner of the car (they had the license of course) got a $3500 fine on his doorstep..
