Are there any good tech manuals out there or even the volvo service manuals to help do this.

Also, how much does the belt and seals cost for doing the swap yourself.

I've done many timing chains over time, but always on american V8s and v6s. I'd assume its pretty similar overall.

I had a volvo dealer quote me 259 to replace it. Does that sound reasonable.
