Try starting the engine and then pull one of the spark plugs and see if it is wet with fuel. Or push on the schrader valve on the end of the fuel rail to see if you have fuel pressure - remember to cover the valve with a rag in case there is pressure.
The fuel pump relay usually fails when the temperature increases, not getting colder. But it is easy to check. Just pull the #103 relay under the fuse tray and jumper 15 and 87, turn the key to position II, and listen for the fuel pump running - it should. If not, it could be the fuel pump itself.
Fuel delivery failure will not set any codes.
