I agree, it is a nice car. What is nice about climate control (when it works) is that the control will bring the cabin temps to the desired level automatically. I am sure the current owner doesn't want the cabin to be 60F. I normally set and leave the controls at 74F-76F year round, as well as the blower and vent selection on AUTO. When it is hot outside, the AC will start immediately and run until the inside temp reaches the desired temp on the dial. Same for the heat, except when the engine is still cold the blower will not start up until the coolant begins to heat up - makes sense to me.
As for the T-belt, I am just basing it on the odometer. 70K intervals and the first belt was probably replaced at 60K miles. Do the math.
