Control arm replacement, any warnings or hints? V70-XC70 2000

A hammer works better than a prybar or pickle fork. FCP used to have a vidio of this procedure, but I can no longer find it.

Use OEM if possible, some of the aftermarket are garbage and do not include new bolts. Always replace bolts that are 'stretched' after being torqued.
