My S70 creates a little over 12 psi boost as well. If you haven't already, check out volvotuning.com's how-to instructions to adjust the wastegate. But get some baseline quarter mile times in stock configuration beforehand so you can measure the impact of your tuning.

Still waiting for the track here to open for the summer...
