I think the first 2 are related. A brake pedal should NEVER go to the floor. I know you already did, but check the brake fluid level again with the engine cold. You also have to have the master cylinder checked, a worn seal can lead to the floor condition.
I would guess that one of your calipers is frozen and there is air in the brake lines. Having either condition is bad, both is a disaster waiting to happen.
Don't worry about the headlight wiper motor. A lot of us just unplug them. R&Ring the motor is a royal pain and not worth the effort. Clean the headlights when you tank up.
The windshield wiper switch probably needs to be replaced. Easily done once you get the 4 torx screws out of the steering column cover. A junk yard version should do nicely - get a 1997?
