Mark,

I've used Lexol, Zymol, and Mothers brand cleaners & protectants.

However, the best I've used is a product called "Imperial Leather Care". It contains a separate cleaner and conditioner. The difference in the cleanliness, color and softness of the leather is truly remarkable. In addition, the products can be used on the vinyl. Again the results are stunning.

I believe that it can be considered a preservative system. The price may seem high, but a little goes a VERY long way. And, what is the price for a new interior?

As for your being Canadian, I'm afraid I don't have any recommendations.
