Maybe buying AWD - Which one?

I went to Portlan's Craigslist, wow are these cars over priced! There is one ad for a 2004 XC90 T6 for $6000, but it has over 200,000 miles on it!

Go to autotrader.com and search for some city in a warm, no rust climate, where there is little demand for AWD. Have someone check it out mechanically and get a CARFAX, then spend $250 or less on Southwest airlines to fly down and drive the car home.

Remember, 2004 and newer.

This one has 125K and a 5 cyl turbo (good mpg):
