The Volvo sport chassis lowered the car by about 20 to 22mm.

Going to around 30 should still be OK. Not too crazy or impractical.

You do know that to fit the front KONI sport shock absorbers you have to cut open the existing strut? Not real bad, just need the right tools and time to do it.
