Got the OMP strut brace installed about a month ago--car structure feels a bit stiffer and there is an improvement in the handling. I have not had any experience with the IPD brace but I can tell you this: the IPD brace is bolted together while the OMP brace not only looks beefier but its main parts are welded together. You can argue that the IPD brace looks better but you're paying for those good looks--look at the price difference! If you don't like the yellow colour of the OMP brace, do what I did, have it painted whatever colour you like (I chose black, blends in and looks stock) for a measly 20 bucks.

I can't imagine the same brace not fitting on the V70 but you're better off asking the guys at CFI Motorsports--that's where I got mine from. Price I got it for was $129 plus shipping, it was on sale at one time for $119 though.
