Brake dust is inevitable with disk brakes, you can only try to minimize the amount. No dust means the pads are too hard and probably grinding away the rotor, lots of dust means the pads are too soft. It is a compromise.

OEM brakes are soft, but they do grab very well in cool as well as wet conditions.

Your best bet is to wash the car weekly.
