Check on a set of Fulda Carat Assurro- directional, M+S rated, H speed rating. If you don't drive over 130 MPH, it's plenty of tire for you. IMHO, I wouldn't waste my money on Pirellis. I drive a LOT of Volvos with the only major differences being tires. The Pirelli's don't measure up to most of the other choices. I have the Fuldas on my '93 during the summer and have liked the performance and wear. Michelin makes some great tires but charges accordingly.
