There is no definitive answer for the P1310, I assume that it is generated by the misfire. A misfire is detected by the knock sensors, the offending cylinder is then determined by the cam position sensor at the time of detection by the knock sensor. Not rocket science, but pretty good.
There are other P13nn codes that indicate the potential harm to the CAT if the knock sensor is picking up constant misfire, as the unburned vapors are passed to the exhaust.
Time to get a compression test, make sure the engine is warm as a cold engine will skew the readings.
I, personally, do not like Bosh spark plug wires. Bougicord are OEM and have the date of manufacture on them.
BTW, did you check that spark is going to #5 plug?
