get a custom made downpipe.

A custom made 3" T-304 stainless steel downpipe should cost $600 CAN or less or $400 US or less. It should take less then a day to fabricate, and if your shop is reputable, it should have a life time warranty for you. Plus, more than likely being a shop that has experience working with exhausts for turbocharged cars, and using such a generic turbocharger, the Mitsu TD04HL-18T, they should be able to do it in no time, in relative ease and with expertise from experience.
