Disclaimer: Don't cut any wires based on what I say!

I am pretty sure (like 90%) that the 2 white wires are for the sensor heater, the grey is ground and the black is the signal wire.

What I would do is back probe the wires in the O2 connector with a multi-meter and blimp the throttle (usually the O2 sensor connector is disconnected). The signal wire is the one that changes voltage (between 0 and 1 volts) when you hit the throttle.
