No blower motor 850 1995

95 850 T5R. The fan was not working after making some squeaks so I replaced the fan and blower motor with a used spare. Now a couple weeks later, the 2 dash lights for air and rec are blinking when starting the car and the fan doesn't start. It only happens when I really need it but not all the time. I changed the resister/regulator beside the blower motor with a used spare and still have the problem. I noticed the blue box which I assume is a relay, makes a click sound when I try to turn on/off the blower. I tried replacing the blue box and still the same thing.
Any thoughts? Is it the switch itself? Thanks in advance.
