Door latch 850

The latch doesn't want to stay closed at all. I've tried pushing it with a screwdriver and playing with the door handles with no luck.
I can't even get it fixed at the dealer because apparently the part has been discontinued.
I have a parts car but can't seem to get the latch out of the door to swap parts. I've taken the interior panel out and am down to just metal and can't seem to figure out how to get the latch out. I took out the 2 screws that hold the latch and the 2 torx that hold on the exterior door handle but something is holding the latch inside the door still. Maybe the whole door handle, lock and everything connected to the latch comes out as an assembly?
