I don't have one but it's based on my close observation. They worked out the most part but it was very disappointment for many Toyota owners.
Look out for engine oil consumption.
Clean AC drain hose, it looks like a tapered maze. It's bound to get clogged soon or later.
Please make sure to follow the manufacturers tightening bolt sequence for the rear control arm when you get your 4 wheel alignment done.
It may develop loose "A" pillar plastic panel. Just annoying but you get to see the side air bag/curtain assembly.
Watch out for rust on the strut tower bracket & brake union (it's mounted on the fire wall).
Steering clunking problem for early 06-07 models.
Check your front/rear differential fluid level, top if off if it's low.
You might need to remove the one piece/large bottom plastic panel to drain transmission fluid, they made an access panel on the wrong spot. LOL
