Yeah, $95 US does not include all those extra charges you mentioned. There's no need for you to decide now though seeing that you won't need them for another year and a half to two years. Maybe by then Kumho will have established themselves in the US market and have correspondingly raised their prices! You never know, plus the tire market changes so drastically, so fast, who knows what choices you'll have then...
