Bishop-

On my '95 the OEM amp was located between the head unit and the firewall on a mounting bracket where the transmission hump would be on a RWD car. Remove the panels from the driver and passanger foot wells and you should be able to get to it. Be prepared for a yoga session.

To my recollection there was no sub-output.
