Electrical problem 850 96

I have a 96 850 wagon, recently went through a carwash and now when I hit the brakes when all of the lights are turned off, the lamp out indicator lights up and the headlights come on. I checked all of the lamps and fuses and found none out or blown. I do have a trailer harness and wondered if that could be the cause of the problem . It appears dry, but I dont know how to test its integrity. Anyone else ever have this problem? thanks. Also, I am looking for a rubber cargo mat and dog barrier for the car, Anyone have one that they want to sell?
