Sorry you're having problems.

9488527: better, carbonized pollen filter

9488525: pollen filter retainer bracket

order through Borton Volvo (parts@borton.com) or any of the other places people on the board have been recommending.

Directions, more-or-less complete, for installing are on volvospeed.com. There are also some directions that come with the filter, but maybe someone on the board can provide more detail about how to install the bracket. The dealer did that for me, I just change the filter periodically.
