P0131 Even after replacing 02 sensor S40-V40 2004

Well, the light resets for a while, but then turns back on and the error code is now 131, so I don't think that is the case. Maybe should try to find the receipt for the purchase of the front 02 sensor and try to get it replaced based on warranty...
