The p0440 is a leak in the EVAP system. Either the gas cap wasn't tight enough, the purge valve died, or there is a hose leak somewhere between the gas tank and the charcoal canister.

No clue regarding the 2 torx screws.

The '95' could be year of manufacture and not model year.
