2001 and 2002 were the years. As I understand it, this applies to all Volvo's not just the S60. Even those years are fine if the software has been updated. I have a friend with 2001 V70T with a 160k and no issues. My Dad had 2001 V70 which was fine until 88k when it was totalled.
