Spring Maintenance including timing belt V70-XC70 1999

Thanks again Klaus. Nice to know I can get by without buying the cam holding tool. Yes, I believe the heater core leaks. It seems to leak so slowly that it never makes the floor wet, but I can smell coolant for the first few minutes every time I turn the heat on. I probably loose a half cup or so of coolant in 2 or 3 months. My owner's book indicates 60k miles for the serp belt, but the one on the car now was showing significant cracking at 30k. I know when it was changed since I have the receipt from the previous owner, but I have no idea what brand it is. I guess it is time to get my list together.

Assuming they are not leaking, would you leave the cam seals alone if it were your car?

Charley
