Re: 2002 XC V70-XC70 1998

Well, to tell you the truth, there's absolutely nothing out there besides the Audi Allroad that would fit my wife and I needs. The Audi is nice but over here in Canada, that thing retails at 60 grand (without the whole packages) which is 10K more than the Volvo. VW Passat 4Motion lacks the ground clearance I need when I hit the back roads getting to my cottage. Subey Outback is too small (cargo-wise) and althought they now have the 6 cylinder engine, it just doesn't feel as quick as a turbocharged engine.. Yep, I've come to appreciate the neat 2.4LPT!

As for SUV's and Vans, they just don't appeal to us.

I may not be able to take the financial hit.. that's why I was asking what are the possible penalties when bailing out this early over a 48 months lease. Also what could be my rights as a consumer going over such annoying problems that most of the time demands my time, travelling 30KMs to get there in heavy traffic. Some of those problems aren't handled properly on a first attempt, so therefore I'm stuck going back to the dealer once again.
