The parts are over Hawaii right this moment, coming down the Pacific to me. I ordered the original Volvo once more. I have decided to set it front to back, as James recommends. When I plant a little the engine reclines back one cm. I'll put the strength of the rubber there. Maybe the arrow means 'forward' rather than upward. I have the lower mount coming too.
If the upper fails, well, I'll go plastic.
