I did this on my sedan, be careful with the liner. I was able to stiffen it where needed with pieceds of cardboard. Volvospeed has this documented also. JoAnn competitor has a much better selection of headliner fabrics. Hancock fabrics, I got 2 or 3 yard (wifey understand this stuff) and got the glue at Auto zone. The glue cost more than than the fabric. Wagon should be easier than sedan.
