Bill:

I was watching the video on replacing the control arm......it says it is important to "load" the arm before tightening the bushings by raising the arm to ride height....if you didn't do that last time, maybe it stressed the bushings? My first set lasted over 350,000 miles.....this last set was pretty wore out at 100,000.......I don't think I will try to remove the bolt, because if I mushroom it out on the inside, I have no way of cutting the bolt out.....looks like a shop job after all.
