If it is a 4 speed auto it is reasonable. The 5 speed auto box is a no no. The car should have a yellow label ETM. The electronic throttle module sits at the front of the intake manifold, check it. The white lables fail and a repair at xemodex.com is around $450.
Is there any maintenance history, besides the owner claiming to change the oil every 3K miles. Check the ATF fluid for color, it should be red against the yellow dipstick and not smell burned.
To check the AC, before you start the engine, set the temp dials to 74-76, blower speed to auto, and vent selection to auto. Then start the engine. If the AC and recirc switches blink yellow, find another car as the diagnostics will cost a lot. The AC should start right up and the blower speed reduce as the cabin temp cools.
Check the computer box in the engine bay, it should have a timing belt sticker. Add 60-70K to those miles and a new belt will be needed.
