That is because you pulled the injectors out using the fuel rail, rather than pulling on the injectors individually.

I would take one injector to either a Volvo dealer or Ford dealer and ask if they have some seals. Print the FCP photo so they know what is missing.

When reinstalling the injectors, put them in the fuel rail first and then push the injectors into the manifold.
